The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction for execution/ implementation of the judgment and order dated 25th March, 2006 (Annexure-3) passed in B.S.,E. Case No. 10 of 2003/12 of 1982 by the learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Patna.

I am afraid, the High Court cannot be permitted to be approached for getting an order/ judgment passed by the learned Labour Court executed. The prayer made on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ petition appears to be completely misconceived. Hence, the writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may approach the learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Patna or any other competent authority of the respondent State for grant of
