The petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2017 in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 297 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 399 and 403 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery of arms is not from his conscious possession and the allegation that he was contemplating to commit dacoity is also misconceived and imaginary.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd
