JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are accused in a case under sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 324, 325, 376(D) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the victim and the informant did not support the allegations in the trial. The petitioners are in custody since 5.12.2013. A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioners stating therein that a comprise has been arrived between the parties on 25.11.2014, as per which petitioner no.2 would marry the victim girl and the date of marriage is also fixed.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47447 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 petitioners, namely, Md. Rezwan and Md. Irfhan are directed to be released on bail, in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.591 of 2013, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur.
