2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 497/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Despite issuance of notice, nobody appeared on behalf of the opposite party no. 2.

3. The case is one under section 498A and the petitioner is a husband. The allegation made in the complaint is with regard to demand of dowry and torture.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner however submits that the allegations are not correct and as a matter of fact, the petitioner has always been ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity and the petitioner has also denied the

It has further been submitted that the marriage way back to the year 2004 and after lapse of all these years the present case under section 498A has been filed on false grounds.

7. Considering all the above mentioned facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within a period of four weeks from today the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/ successor court in Complaint Case No. 4061© of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C and subject to the further condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in investigation/ trial.
