2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) to direct the respondent nos. 3, 4, 5 and 6 for measurement and demarcation of the land in which are mentioning in the application.

(ii) to direct Respondent No. 7 for protection of the petitioner at the time of measurement and demarcation."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the respondent no.6, the Circle Officer, Rafiganj, Aurangabad for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Learned State counsel submits that if such petition is preferred, it will be taken to its logical conclusion in accordance with law.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the respondent no.6, the Circle Officer, Rafiganj, Aurangabad in next four weeks who shall be noticing/hearing all the parties and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
