2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 307 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of two cases and the informant alleges that on 26.07.2023 he received information that near Gauri Shankar Temple two groups were fighting against each other, accordingly he reached the place of occurrence and saw the groups pelting stone at each other, when police intervened the accused started throwing glass bottle and one bottle hit the informant causing injury on his leg but with arrival of S.D.P.O all of them fled away.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation of assaulting the police against the petitioner. The other allegation is general and omnibus in nature. It is also submitted that since the petitioner resides near the place of occurrence, he has been made accused due to dirty village politics.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 319 of 2023 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
7. The application stands allowed.
