JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 354(A) of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 12, 18 of the Prevention of Children against Sexual Offences Act and Section 3 (1) (xi) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The prosecution case is that the daughter of the informant was confined in a room by the petitioner being the headmaster of the school with bad intention.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and the accusation has been levelled in the background of enemity between the parties from before.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35699 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Ara Mufassil (Dhobah O.P) P.S. Case No. 160 of 2015 pending in the Court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Ara.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
