In this case, the petitioner is challenging an order dated 27.2.2015 passed in Tr. No. 50 of 2015 arising out of Kazimohammadpur P.S. Case No. 238 of 2014 instituted under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full dignity and security. This Court does not find any merit in the present application and the same is, accordingly, dismissed with a liberty
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9289 of 2016 (2) dt.29-07-2016 to the petitioner to file an application before the court below who will take cognizance of the matter and try to resolve the dispute between the parties.
