The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Andharathari PS case no. 2 of 2018 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 365/34 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons abducting the father of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, referring to the statement of the victim father of the informant made under Section 164 Code of Criminal Procedure, has submitted that the said victim person has named nine persons who had abducted him, however the name of the petitioner does not find place in the said statement. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-IIIrd, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Andhrarathari PS case no. 2 of 2018.
