Appeal No.77 of 2014/ 108 of 2014 affirming the order dated 02.07.2014 passed by the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, East Champaran at Motihari, in JJB Trial No.801 of 2014 arising out of Pakaridayal P.S. Case No.59 of 2014.
