1. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending his arrest in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case no. 251 of 2024 registered under sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. After having made his submissions at length and having heard the observations of this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

3. This application is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. The petitioner will surrender in the learned Court below within a period of four weeks.
