23-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.C. to Govt. Advocate - 2 as well as Sri Kishore Kumar Sinha, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of opp. party no. 2. The present petition was filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding on an allegation of disobedience to an order dated 31-07-2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13082 of 2012. By the said order, the writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the representation of the petitioner and pass speaking order within two months.

In this case, a show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 2 and alongwith show cause, an order has been brought on record, contained in Memo No. 4721 dated 08-06-2013.
Learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 submits that ofcourse some delay has occurred, but order of the writ court has already been complied with and reasoned order has been passed. In view of the fact that reasoned order, in compliance with the order of the writ court, has already been passed, there is no need to pass any positive order in the matter. The petition stands disposed of.
