The petitioners have questioned the advertisement for appointment of Executive Assistant under Bihar Prashasnik Sudhar Mission Society and also pray for staying the recruitment process which according to the petitioners was going on since 14.2.2016. The writ petition was filed on 19.2.2016. In my opinion, that the advertisement was published in the year 2016, it is too late in the day to interfere therewith after a

Patna High Court CWJC No.3540 of 2016 (3) dt.22-02-2018 lapse of almost two years. Further, paragraphs 6 and 7 of the counter affidavit shows that the appointment was for one year and that selection process was completed and panel prepared. In he circumstances discussed no cause for indulgence is made out.

The writ petition is dismissed.
