Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469, 471, 120B of Indian Penal Code, Sections 3, 4 of Bihar Conduct of Examination Act, 1981 and Section 66D of Information Technology Act, 2000. It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that on the basis of suspicion, he has been apprehended and implicated in this case though no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Even, as per seizure list, only one mobile phone has been recovered from his possession. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and other co-accused have already been granted bail by this Court in Cr Misc No 4634 of 2018 and Cr Misc No 61083 of 2017.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in Sonepur Police Station Case No 455 of 2017 subject to the following conditions:

(1) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner.

(2) That the petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
