19-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to AAG-11.

The present petition has been filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against Opp.Parties on allegation of wilful disobedience to an order dated 04.12.2012 passed in C.W.J.C.No.14574 of 2012. By the said order, the writ petition was disposed of and order of dismissal of the petitioner was set aside with an observation that the petitioner shall be entitled to full consequential benefit of the same from 25.04.2005. In this case, a show cause has been filed sworn by District Programme Officer( Estt.), Araria. In para-5 of the show cause, it has been categorically stated that in compliance with the

Patna High Court MJC No.2550 of 2013 (5) dt.19-01-2015 2/2 order of the writ court, the petitioner has been reinstated and he was granted all consequential benefit in view of compliance with the order of the writ court.

Of course, after filing of show cause, no reply to the show cause has been filed, a prayer is being made for a direction of consequential benefit. Since statement made in paragraph-5 is specific, the Court is of the opinion that the order of the writ court has already been complied with.

The petition stands disposed of.
