2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Piribazar P.S. Case No. 32 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the victim girl, in her statement made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has stated that the petitioner was helping her when he had gone to Delhi.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 22.3.2024

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai/concerned Court below in connection with Piribazar P.S. Case No. 32 of 2024.
