ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 30-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 21.11.2014 by which the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in Complaint Case No. 2100(C) of 2011 cancelled the bail bonds of the Petitioner since he did not appear on the concerned date. Considering that the Petitioner undertakes to be physically present on any date he is required and will be more cautious in future, the application stands allowed and the order dated 21.11.2014 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in Complaint Case No. 2100(C) of 2011, is hereby set aside.
