2. The present application has been filed for restoration of M.J.C. No. 972 of 2024, arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 15610 of 2018, which got dismissed for default on 17.07.2025 for non-compliance of the order dated 10.07.2025.

3. For the reasons stated in this application, the same is allowed and the connected case, bearing M.J.C. No. 972 of 2024 is restored to its original file, subject to removal of defects within two weeks.
