Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 494, 376(A), 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner no. 2 and 3 are women.

The informant alleges that she was married to Rahul Kumar Roy and her husband instead of taking her to her matrimonial home kept her in a railway quarter and used to torture and sexually exploit her. It is alleged that one day, the husband of the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67008 of 2021(3) dt.31-08-2022 2/2 left her at her father's house where she came to know that prior to her marriage her husband was already married with another girl. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case and the husband of the informant is in custody since 03.07.2021. The petitioners are the father-in-law, cousin mother-in-law and first wife of the husband of the informant.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Barauni (Garhana O.P.) P.S. Case No. 355 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Kundan/- U T
