The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 900 of 2020 registered under Sections 379, 427, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Witch Craft Practices Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. It is further submitted that the first information report has been lodged after one week. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 900 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
