2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 410 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 127(2), 109, 117(2), 61(2), 351(2), 352, 324(4) and 103(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Around 10 persons are named in the FIR of having fired upon the deceased. The deceased has sustained only two bullet injuries.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2025.

5. Since the petitioner is not named in the FIR and only two inquiries have been sustained by the deceased, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya/ concerned Court in connection with Chanduti P.S. Case No. 410 of 2024.
