The petitioners seek bail in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 60/2017 dated 15.03.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 506, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The husband of the informant is alleged to have been assaulted by iron rod by petitioner no. 2. No specific overt act has been attributed against petitioner no. 1. The dispute is with respect to return of money which was taken as loan by the husband of the informant. The injury suffered by the husband of the informant is stated to be simple in nature.

One of the co-accused Pappu Kumar @ Pappu Kuwar has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court on 13.07.2017

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46769 of 2017 (4) dt.28-11-2017 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32510/2017.

The petitioners are in custody since 10.06.2017. Taking into account the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

The petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 60/2017.
