2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have killed the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner. He submits that the deceased herself committed suicide. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and he is languishing in judicial custody since 03.06.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61003 of 2024(2) dt.21-08-2024 2/2 for bail submits that the postmortem report has supported the prosecution case.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner is the main accused in this case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, her prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S.Case No. 367 of 2022. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) devendra/- U T
