The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017 registered under Sections 384, 376 and 363 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that earlier prayer of the petitioners for bail was rejected on 31.08.2017 vide Cr. Misc. no. 40768 of 2017. On perusal of Annexure -3, it appears that now both the parties have compromised the case.

No.54936 of 2017 (2) dt.15-11-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-I, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
