"(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ directing the concerned authorities to provide basic facilities of proper drainage system and rescue the localities of the city suffering from the situation of water logging.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction to overcome the present situation of waterlogging faced by different localities like Ashiana Nagar, Rajendra Nagar, Patliputra Colony, Rajeev Nagar, Kankarbagh, etc.

(iii) Any other order or orders as to Your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. The present petition is presented only with reference to certain news item in the newspaper. In other words concerned competent respondents have no occasion to have the benefit of perusal of grievance of the petitioner and in the absence of such petition or application before the concerned authority, the present petition is premature and is not maintainable.

3. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned authority, if such application or representation along with certain materials are placed along with the application or

The concerned authority is hereby directed to redress the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of such application or representation to be filed.
