2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is a Anganbari Sevika and has certain grievance with regard to place of posting, the remedy for her in the first instance shall be before the Divisional Commissioner, who under the relevant guideline, has been given the power of the appellate authority/supervising authority over the decision taken by the Collector of the District.

3. When such an observation has been made, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application in order to enable the petitioner to move before the Divisional Commissioner.

4. That being so, this writ application is permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
