1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for extending the time granted to him for surrendering before the learned court below, vide order dated 23.05.2023, passed in Criminal Misc. No.6199 of 2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of communication gap, the petitioner could not surrender within the time frame prescribed by this Court by the aforesaid order dated 23.05.2023, hence, four weeks further time be granted for the purposes of surrendering before the Ld. Trial Court and being admitted to the privilege of anticipatory bail.
3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the averments made in the present petition and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75363 of 2023(2) dt.24-11-2023 2/2 taking into account the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to extend the time granted to the petitioner, by this Court by an order dated 23.05.2023, by a further period of four weeks, for the purposes of surrendering before the learned Court of CJM, Nalanda, Bihar Sharif in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No.305 of 2022 and availing the privilege of anticipatory bail.
4. The present petition stands allowed with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 23.05.2023, passed in Criminal Misc. No.6199 of 2023.
