The petitioner seeks bail in Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 175 of 2013, corresponding to Special Case No. 4 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4, 8 10 of the POSCO Act. Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 12.03.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4060 of 2014. The petitioner is in jail since October, 2013 and the trial has not yet been concluded.

Considering the facts and nature of allegations made against the petitioner that he ravished the victim, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The S.S.P., Patna is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses of Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 175 of 2013, corresponding to Special Case No. 04 of 2013 in the court of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Patna on the date of evidence, so that the trial must be concluded within nine months. Let a copy of this order be sent to the S.S.P., Patna for compliance.
