====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Hisua P.S.Case No. 154 of 2016, registered under Sections 302, 120 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation in brief is that the informant's sister married with the petitioner, was killed by her husband and other family members.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage was solemnized eight years back and there are two children out of the wedlock and the petitioner was short tampered lady and committed suicide. There is no allegation of any torture in connection with demand of dowry and the petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2017.

No.55010 of 2017(6) dt.17-04-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in connection with Hisua P.S.Case No. 154 of 2016 , subject to the conditions that the petitioner shall be present physically on each and every day before the trial court as and when required and in case of his absence on two consecutive dates without any reasonable cause, his bail bond shall liable to be cancelled .
