Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Laukaha PS Case No.12 of 2018, registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted that the common articles were recovered from possession of the petitioners, the mobiles recovered belong to the accused persons, so called recovered items were not put on TIP and identified by the informant, even the petitioners were also not put on TIP but charge sheet was submitted and they have no criminal antecedent.
