JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 304B, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after three years of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that since the informant has retracted from his initial versions and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below, hence the petitioner deserves grant of anticipatory bail. Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37491 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 2/2 Accordingly, the same is rejected in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 100 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, East Champaran.
