Earlier case diary of the present case was called for, which has since been received.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 684 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 323, 324, 307, 380 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and the injuries which is said to have been inflicted are simple in nature, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8467 of 2016 (3) dt.26-04-2016 of this order, is/are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 684 of 2015, to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
