JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 03-05-2018 Heard counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State Petitioners are accused in a case registered for offence under sections 302, 34 and 120B of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are conflicting version regarding manner of the occurrence given in the FIR and in the statement of the informant. He submits that the deceased was also having criminal antecedent and there was subsisting land dispute between the petitioners'

Case diary reveals that villagers have supported the allegation and three fire arm injuries have been found on the body of the victim and the medical evidence corroborates the allegation. Petitioners are in custody since 13.12.2017 and 18.1.2018 respectively.

Considering the gravity of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners for the present. The prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. Let the trial be expedited.
