1. The present petition has been filed for restoration of a writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No.8625 of 2023, which has stood dismissed on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order of this Court dated 05.07.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of inadvertence, the defects could not be removed within the time stipulated by this Court, however, it is submitted that the defects pointed out by the Registry would definitely be removed, within a period of two weeks from today, hence, a

Patna High Court MJC No.2757 of 2024(2) dt.25-10-2024 2/2 sympathetic view be taken and the aforesaid writ petition be restored to its original file.

3. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to restore the aforesaid writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No.8625 of 2023 to its original file, subject to removal of defects pointed out by the Registry, within a period of two weeks from today.

4. The present petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
