ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner has been in custody since 27.11.2017 in connection with Govindganj (Areraj) P.S. Case No. 268/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 302/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code was added.

The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased lady who is said to have been strangulated to death and her three years old son is also said to have been smothered to death. Diary in the present case was called for which has since been received.

It appears that the petitioner has illicit relationship with the gotni of the deceased lady.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18735 of 2018 (3) dt.27-04-2018 2/2 In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to this petitioner. It is accordingly rejected.
