The petitioner is an accused in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 569 of 2013 (G.R. No. 4311 of 2013) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 427, 379, 353, 109, 337, 338, 332, 333, 323, 324, 326, 307, 329 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code in which he is in custody since 13.12.2013.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is allegation that the petitioner was arrested from the place of occurrence but no recovery was made from him. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the accused persons is general and omnibus in nature and whatever injuries were sustained, as per Annexure-2
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47293 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 are simple in nature and cannot particularly be attributed to this petitioner.
Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Jitendra Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Purnea in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 569 of 2013 (G.R. No. 4311 of 2013).
