The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the deceased alleged that his son Sanjay Sharma went to his Sasural on 30.03.2014 but his daughter-in-law informed on telephone about the illness of Sanjay Sharma. The informant went there and found his son dead. The informant alleged that the wife, the father-in-law (petitioner) and other inlaws of Sanjay Sharma killed his son by poisoning. It is submitted that the deceased himself committed suicide as he was insisting to take his wife to his own house. Similarly situated co-accused, the wife of the deceased and the brothers-in-law of the deceased have already been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36594/2014. Same and similar allegation is made

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47887 of 2014 (5) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, in Sakra S.
