The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 21.5.2015 passed by the learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in S.T. No. 830 of 2014 whereby the petitioners' application for discharge under section 227 Cr.P.C. has been rejected.

A supplementary affidavit has been filed that charges have been framed and four witnesses have been examined. Learned counsel for the petitioners confines his prayer only for a direction to conclude the trial within a time frame.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37060 of 2015 (3) dt.23-05-2017 2/2 Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a direction to the learned court below to conclude the trial preferably within a period of nine months.
