2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Salimpur PS Case No.256 of 2022 dated 2.11.2022 giving rise to Sessions trial No.863 of 2024, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 324, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. This is the second attempt for bail. Earlier, prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.06.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.7056 of 2024.

4. There is specific allegation against the petitioner of firing upon the son of the informant from rifle due to which he died.
5. A report about the present stage of the trial was called for from the trial Court on 07.11.2025, which has been received. As per the report of the trial Court, all the witnesses have been examined and prosecution evidence has been closed. The case is pending for recording statement of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. The trial Court has further informed that the case will be disposed of within 3-4 months.
6. Since the case is at its fag-end and the trial Court has stated that the case will be disposed of within 3-4 months, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is once again rejected.
8. It is expected that the trial Court shall adhere the time frame as undertaken by it.
9. The application stands dismissed.
