Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was not arrested at the spot. His name has transpired in the confessional statement of the coaccused, namely, Naresh Yadav and Bhim Yadav. He has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jhajha Police Station Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61431 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 2/2 No. 234 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
