Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and to seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law considering this fact that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner as well as there is delay in filing of the FIR.
