2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 315 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 376, 500, 509, 354 and 354D of the IPC.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of establishing sexual relationship and making the photographs of the victim viral. The photographs of the victim made viral by the petitioner are at page 14 of the bail application. The petitioner is in jail since 29.05.2024.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the allegation levelled against the

6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
