JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,324,326,307,379,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of assaulting the informant and informant's family when some of the injuries have been found to be grievous.

It appears that the case was instituted in 2010 and the petitioner was chargesheeted when the trial of the co accused has already commenced. The petitioner's anticipatory bail application was rejected by the learned Sessions Judge in 2011 for the first time and thereafter it was renewed in 2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38691 of 2015 (2) dt.28-09-2015 2/2 Considering the delayed approaching the court for anticipatory bail, this court is not inclined to interfere in the matter. However, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner keeping in view of the fact that others have been granted regular bail and the petitioner is lady in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Karjain P.S. Case No. 41 of 2010 pending in the court of learned J.M. Birpur (Supaul).

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
