JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Two pistols and four live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, and, therefore, taking note of the aforesaid recovery as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, at least, at this stage, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S.case No. 538 of 2015, pending in the court of Smt. Indrani Kisku, Judicial Magistrate, Patna, stands rejected.

However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
