The petitioners have been arrested in connection with Turkaulia (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 93 of 2014, registered under Sections 147, 323, 354, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioners along with other co-accused persons assaulted the informant and his father. Thereafter, the father of the informant is dead. However, postmortem report suggests external injury Bruise (Rt.) upper 1/3rd of forearm 2"x1/1/2 size, Bruise (Lt.) elbow 2"x1" size. However, cause of death shows shock due to chronic obstructive lung disease, Tuberculosis.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief
