Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bettiah Town PS Case No.306 of 2016 registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The case in brief is that the servant of the informant was sleeping in the verandah in the night and on the next morning his dead body was found lying in pool of blood and apprehension is that members of Royal Group has committed the offence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown, there is no material against the

No.21085 of 2018(3) dt.18-06-2018 2/2 petitioner except disclosure of his name in the confessional statement of one co-accused Kunal Thakur and similarly situated other co-accused Sanjeev Patel and Bharat Patel have been admitted to bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Court. Considering the ground of parity with other coaccused, petitioner Shesh Patel is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town PS Case No.306 of 2016.
