The petitioner is seeking regular bail in Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 394 of 2017 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent though it is alleged that he was chased and was caught hold when he was trying to flee away with the tempo of the informant.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief
