The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 406, 420, 468, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation allegation the petitioners is that they were running the bushiness of getting the bank account opened for the purpose of sanctioning loan in the period of Covid-19 and for the same purpose, they took Rs.5,000/- from the informant and on 28.09.2020, an account was got opened in the Bank of Baroda but did not return his ATM card and mobile SIM.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66793 of 2021(2) dt.18-07-2022 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no documentary evidence of handing over Rs.5,000/- to the accused persons and the petitioners. There is general and omnibus allegation against them. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 33 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
