This is a case registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners claim parity with co-accused Murli Singh against whom identical allegations have been levelled. The said Murli Singh has been allowed bail in Cr. Misc. No. 59983 of 2017 by this Court vide order dated 23.01.2018. They are in custody since 22.10.2017 and 30.10.2017 respectively. Counsel for the Opposite Party no. 2 opposes the prayer for bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62562 of 2017 (4) dt.02-02-2018 be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Narari Kala Khurd P.S. Case No. 47 of 2017 subject to the conditions :

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioners who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioners. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioners will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
