JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 288/14, registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he sold the land of the informant, showing his own land.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that informant is the uncle of the petitioner and after partition, the land in question came in his possession and he has sold his own land and not the land of petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail stating that in this case summons were issued in the year 2014 and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23234 of 2018 (4) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 after four years the petitioner has moved for grant of anticipatory bail.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks and pray for regular bail and if any such application is filed the court below shall dispose of the same on its own merit, if possible on same day.
